1. How Long Is Shipping?

- Once items are purchased, there's 3-4 processing days, Once processing is complete your shipping label will be created and item will be shipped out the following business day. Shipping takes 2-4 business days.

2. What does it mean to pre-order items?

- Once items are purchased, there's 7-12 processing days, Once your item is ready it will be sent out the next business day.

4. How many tablets should I be taking a day?-

- It is suggested to take 3 tablets a day. One time 30-60 mins before each meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
